Product Overview:

SHH-GHL series high speed wet mixing and granulating machine is made of powder material and binder in cylindrical container by the bottom mixing slurry fully mixed into wet soft material, and then cut into uniform wet particles by the side-mounted high-speed crushing paddle.

Equipment Structure.:

High-efficiency wet mixing granulator, mainly consists of conical hopper, mixing paddle, granulation knife, feeding device, feeding device, discharge and control system, and filling sealing, water-filled cleaning, jacket water cooling and other auxiliary systems.

Working Principle.:

The whole working process of High-efficiency Wet Mixing Granulator is composed of two processes: mixing and granulation.

Fine powder and other powdery materials from the conical hopper above into the material pot, to be closed after the hopper in the mixing paddle stirring, powder in the container for the up and down rolling rotary movement, while the material is stirring the centrifugal force of the paddle along the direction of the conical wall for the movement of the change, the formation of semi-flowing high-efficiency mixing and the state of the material is collision and dispersion of the material to achieve full mixing. Granulation due to the binder (syrup, fluid infusion cream and other fluids) injection, so that the powder is gradually wet, the material properties change, strengthen the paddle and cylinder wall of the material extrusion, friction, kneading, in the role of the binder, and gradually generate a liquid bridge, the material is gradually transformed into a loose soft material.

5,The sealing of the mixing slurry shaft adopts the double compound technology of rubber ring refueling and spiral aerating, which completely solves all kinds of failures and problems occurred in the shaft sealing when mixing and granulating.
