SHH-FL, FG series vertical fluid bed granulation dryer principle is material powder particles, in the raw material container (fluidized bed) in a ring fluidized state, by the purified heating air preheating and mixing, the adhesive solution atomization spray, so that a number of particles aggregate into agglomerates containing binders, due to the continuous drying of the material by hot air, the water in the agglomerates evaporates, the adhesive solidifies, this process is constantly repeated in the machine.
