Main application:

 

Mainly used for glass infusion bottle 50ml, 100ml, 250ml, 500ml bottle shape cleaning, can also be used for similar bottle shape cleaning.

 

Working principle:

After cleaning, the mechanical clamp will turn the bottle right, and the bottle out and the whole cleaning process will be completed by the bottle out dial wheel.

 

Performance characteristics:

 

1. adopt interlocking mechanical clamp, bottle clamp firmly, bottles do not drop, good durability; The pressure spring is used to avoid the problem of poor durability of the tension spring of the tension spring manipulator;

2. The bottle washing nozzle adopts servo drive tracking reciprocating washing, accurate positioning, good neutral, adjustable tracking range, avoiding the problem of clearance caused by mechanical CAM wear.

3. The mechanical clamper holds the bottle mouth to turn it centrially to avoid interference and collision between adjacent bottles and save the volume of equipment.

4. The injection water for flushing, clean compressed air and circulating water are filtered through the terminal filter, and the flushing water is recycled by degradation to save water;

5, the cleaning process uses three kinds of media are independent spray needle and independent pipeline system, to avoid the cross-pollution of cleaning media. The nozzle and needle for cleaning nozzle are integral without gap structure, washing effect is good, high clarity.

6, the whole cleaning part is equipped with transparent plexiglass cover, the operator can intuitively observe the whole cleaning process of the bottle, convenient observation, operation and maintenance;

7. The process pipelines in contact with water for injection and clean compressed air are made of 316L stainless steel material or non-toxic and corrosion resistant material in line with GMP requirements. All water and gas pipelines meet the requirements of in-place cleaning.
